In the event of loss, delivery delays due to carriers ramdamaccessoires cannot be held responsible.
If an error was inserted in the delivery address firstname.lastname@example.org cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays. The cost of reshipment would be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped internationally are subject to any taxes and / or customs duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
A delivery is considered to have been made once the product is made available by the carrier to the customer.
The customer is responsible for making any reservations or complaints upon arrival of the package if it appears to be damaged, opened or damaged. A registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the carrier within 3 working days and a copy will be sent to ramdamaccessoires
Failure to make a complaint within the said time limits will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code.
